Frustration #1: Tickets Are Too Expensive

“…You will get your tickets, but they will cost more…” -FR, Trustpilot reviewer

Here’s the key: Tickets-Center.com is a website that displays resale marketplace inventory, not a box office. That means ticket prices are set by third-party resellers and can vary based on demand, timing, and seat location. For high-demand events, prices may be above face value. For others, they may be lower.

Resolution: Pricing Transparency

To make sure you’re never caught off guard, we’ve built transparency into every step of the order process:

- All listings are marked as resale and are not affiliated with any box office or venue.

- Prices are shown “all-in”, with service and delivery fees itemized before checkout.

- All sales are final. This policy is standard practice in the resale ticketing industry and is clearly acknowledged before you complete your order.

Resolution: Pricing Transparency

“Great buying experience with Tickets-Center. Found the seats I was looking for at the price I was willing to pay.”

Common Frustration #2: Wait Time to Receive Tickets

Frustration #2: Wait Time to Receive Tickets

“I’m uncomfortable with the wait time to receive my tickets…”- Timothy, Trustpilot reviewer

That feeling is completely valid. When you’ve spent money on tickets to an event you’re excited about, it’s natural to feel uneasy if they don’t show up right away.

Resolution: Knowing Delivery Timeframes Vary

Tickets-Center.com displays resale marketplace inventory, meaning third-party resellers are responsible for fulfilling delivery. Depending on the event and delivery method, some tickets aren’t released until closer to the event date—and sometimes, this is due to venue protocols or platform-specific rules.

Your confirmation email includes an estimated delivery timeframe. While some tickets are delivered well in advance, others are released closer to the event date. So, if you haven’t received yours within 48 hours of the event, contact the vendor’s customer service team by calling 1-833-312-1190. They’re available seven days a week and ready to assist.

Resolution: Knowing Delivery Timeframes Vary

“I received my tickets 4 days prior to the concert and had no issues getting in.”- Amanda, Sitejabber reviewer

Common Frustration #3: Why Can’t I Get a Refund?

Frustration #3 Why Can’t I Get a Refund?

“…I contacted your services and they absolutely refused to work with me…” —JT, Trustpilot reviewer

Because orders are fulfilled by third-party resellers, all sales are final. Once confirmed, tickets are removed from the reseller’s inventory and can’t be resold.

That creates a binding agreement- so orders can’t be canceled, exchanged, or refunded. This is standard practice across the resale industry and is clearly noted at checkout.

What If You Made a Mistake When Ordering?

Many of the concerns raised in user reviews rarely involve delivery problems or event cancellations- they are usually due to a misunderstanding about standard practices in the resale ticketing market or because something went wrong during the ordering process: selecting the wrong date, misunderstanding the seating layout, or not realizing the tickets were from a resale source.

Oh no! I made a mistake!

“…booked the wrong date. called back almost immediately to switch the date to one day later and they wouldn’t do it…”- SB, Trustpilot reviewer

When mistakes are made, the resulting frustration is entirely understandable.

So while we can’t undo mistaken clicks, we can help you avoid ticket mix-ups.

5 Tips to Avoid Ticket Mix-Ups

- Double-Check the Event Details. Confirm:

- Event name and headliner

- Date and time

- Venue and city

- Review the Seat Section and Row. Check the section, row, and reseller notes. Zone seating and general admission listings may not show specific seats.

- Watch for Duplicate Listings. Multi-night shows or games can appear multiple times.

- Read the Reseller’s Notes. The notes may include delivery methods or restrictions.

- Take a Breath Before You Click. A quick review can prevent costly mistakes.

But What If Something Actually Goes Wrong?

If the event is canceled. If the tickets never arrive. If they’re not valid for entry.

That’s where TicketSafe Protection comes in! This policy protects your order in rare cases where there’s a problem with delivery, access, or ticket validity- not user error.

Here’s what TicketSafe Protection includes:

- Your tickets will arrive in time for the event.

- Your tickets will be valid and authentic.

- Your tickets will match the section and row listed- or you’ll receive comparable or better tickets.

Note: Comparable or better tickets are only provided if the original section and row you selected can’t be fulfilled- for example, if the reseller no longer has access to the tickets. In that case, the vendor may secure seats in a similar or upgraded location. This does not imply upgrades are guaranteed or that listings were inaccurate.

If the vendor is unable to fulfill your order or provide comparable replacements, a refund or credit may be issued at our discretion, in line with the Terms & Privacy Policy.

What TicketSafe Protection Does Not Cover:

- Mistakes made during checkout (e.g., wrong date, wrong event)

- Buyer’s remorse or price dissatisfaction

- Postponed or rescheduled events (your tickets are still valid)

Need Help?

Call support at least 48 hours before your event to contact the vendor’s support team. They’re available seven days a week.

You’re Protected- When it Counts

TicketSafe Protection ensures that your order will be delivered securely, include valid and authentic tickets, and be fulfilled as promised. If the event is canceled, the tickets never arrive, or if they’re not valid for entry, we’ll step in with comparable replacements or a refund.

Review Recap: What Do Tickets-Center Reviews Say?
